Our inherited ancient knowledge and expertise in coffee cultivation is what makes us standout from the rest . The coffee cherries are selectively picked by hand for ripeness, immediately left to dry on parabolic beds with a frequent turning until the cherries have reached the optimal moisture level. As the fruit acts as a natural casing, fermentation happens in a closed environment adding an array of fruit flavors with a very distinct taste to the bean.

With the efforts of the skillful staff our coffee goes through a series of intense test roasts and cuppings to determine the best possible recipes. After finishing the tests the coffee is profiled to its flavors, olfactory and the adequate roast. Then artistically roasted to the specific recipe and finally, prepared masterfully to exacting standards meeting the customers desires.
